Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has large, atmospheric rooms with decor that was clean but very old. However, the rooms are of poor quality for the price charged, being dull and poorly lit. The service was responsive, always polite, and extremely helpful when liaising with our travel agent for golf club transfers to Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the city center near the main market. Dining could use improvement for a wider variety to meet international buffet standards but had great coffee. While the hotel looked nice, the same food every day and limited options might not suit all guests.
The hotel is ideally located near major tourist attractions, bars, markets, and restaurants while remaining peaceful. The rooms, although a bit basic and not very spacious, still had a lovely ambiance. The dining experience offered a wide variety of choices and attentive staff.
The hotel is located in the heart of Hochiminh, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, although views may come at an additional cost. The service is generally helpful, but some visitors may find it less friendly compared to other hotels. The dining offers a varied selection but may lack certain western choices. Overall, the location is a standout feature, making it ideal for exploring the city's attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although a bit old-fashioned with some safety concerns, was spacious enough and eventually smelled fine once the air conditioning was on. The service was mostly excellent, although there was a slightly brash encounter at check-out. The location was superb, right in the heart of the CBD, but the neighboring building works caused some disturbances. The dining experience was just okay. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel seemed to be on the high-end side with a deluxe grade. The rooms, which were on level 4, claimed to be deluxe but didn't meet expectations. While some aspects were lovely, overall, they were old, uncomfortable, and even had some safety concerns with electrical cords.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though keep in mind that if you want a nice view, you might need to pay extra. The staff was accommodating and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. The location is excellent, right in the city center within walking distance to many attractions, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The dining options were polite but a bit monotonous. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in the city.
